This procurement is not a small business set-aside. Therefore, any responsible source may submit an quote. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Therefore, quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M67400- 13-T-0137 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005- 69 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The FSC code is 7110 and the NAICS code is 337211. •- Item1 : Desk •- Qty: EA •- Description: DESK; EXECUTIVE, DOUBLE PEDESTAL, WITH GLASS TOP, DIMENSION: 62"W x 30"D X 30-1/2"H, SLIDING WRITING BOARD ON THE TOP OF BOTH 1ST DRAWER, CENTER DRAWER. OAK WOOD, COLOR: HONEY OAK. SEE ATTACHMENT FOR ADDITIONAL INFO. *The dimension need to be exact as drawn. •- Item 2: Computer Desk •- Qty: 1EA •- Description: COMPUTER DESK; WITH KEYBOARD, TWO DRAWER BOX FILE CABINET IN THE MIDDLE, WITH GLASS TOP, DIMENSION: 81"L x 24"D x 30-1/2"H. OAK WOOD, COLOR: HONEY OAK. *The dimension need to be exact as drawn •- Item 3: Credenza •- Qty: 1 •- Description: CREDENZA; WITH OVERHEAD CABINET, TASK LIGHT. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible quoter whose quote is the most advantageous to the Government considering Technical Capability, Price and Delivery. However, the Government does reserve the right to issue multiple awards if it is deemed in the best interest of the Government. Award will be made in aggregate. Therefore, any quote received without all products priced will be excluded from competition. All supplies, as annotated in the attached item(s) list, awarded under this contract are expected to be delivered NLT 60 days after the award.
