- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This Request for Quotations has been made available through electronic commerce to comply with the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637(e)) and the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act (41 U.S.C. 416). NPS routinely posts Requests for Quotations with expected value between $15,000 and $25,000 at the federal government point of entry. Although this action has an expected value well below the $15,000 threshold, it is posted to maximize opportunities for competition. This Request for Quotations (RFQ) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-69. This purchase is reserved for small businesses, NAICS 238220 Pumping system, water, installation, contractors, with a small business size standard of $14.0M. We reserve the right to cancel this Request for Quotations. The National Park Service (NPS), North Cascades National Park (NOCA) has a requirement and is requesting quotes to provide a "One-Time" Inspection, Impeller Replacement, Routine Service and Preventative Maintenance for Submersible Pumps located at a Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) system, lift station within the park's Stehekin complex. Stehekin, WA 98852 The Government intends to make a Firm Fixed Price, Simplified Acquisition, Best Value Award to the responsible Quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Note contract is subject to the Service Contract Act, Wage Determination # WD 05-2565 (Rev.-13), with latest posting on www.wdol.gov on 06/25/2013.
