- Notice of Intent under W91YU0-13-P-0640, for a sole-source bridge contract to the LH750 Hematology System equipment and reagents. Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office(WRCO), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a s a sole-source bridge contract to Beckman Coulter, Inc. for a base period only contract (1 Oct 13 to 30 Sep 14) for LH750 Hematology System equipment and reagents. This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated services can provide supporting documents demonstrating their capability. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to Mr. Tom Lamb, Contract Specialist, at e-mail: thomas.a.lamb@us.army.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
