- RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. HSCG28-13-Q-PMW161 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-066. The applicable NAICS number is 423860 and the small business size standard is 100 Employees. The FOB Destination delivery is to: Charleston, SC 29401, on or before: 45 Days ARO. Offers are to be submitted to: USCG Sector, 196 Tradd St., Charleston, SC 29401, Attn: CWO Thad King. Offers may be emailed to Thad.King@uscg.mil. Offers are due by 1:00 P.M., September 9, 2013. USCG Sector Charleston has needs 2 Each Foam Filled Pier fenders IAW the attached RFQ. Quotes will be evaluated on a best value basis determined by price, quality of product, warranty, and delivery. This RFQ is also being advertised on GSA E-Buy. IAW FAR 8.002, any GSA E-Buy bids will be considered over an Open Market bid. The following FAR provisions/clauses apply to this solicitation.
