- Delineated Area Map The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Texas City:Laredo Delineated Area:Starting at the intersection of Mangana Hein Road and Route 83, go west on Route 83 until Route 83 meets Interstate 35. From this intersection, take Interstate 35 north to where Loop 20 intersects Interstate 35. From this intersection, take Loop 20, go east and follow Loop 20 until Loop 20 meets Mangana Hein Road. From the intersection of Mangana Hein Road and Loop 20, go south on Mangana Hein Road until it intersects Route 83. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):18,989 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):18,989 Space Type:Office, horse stables, conference facility, vehicle maintenance facility, vehicle storage Parking Spaces (Total):197 Parking Spaces (Surface):0 Parking Spaces (Structured):0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):197 Full Term:10 years Firm Term:5 years Option Term:None Additional Requirements: •Agency requires a 4-acre site. •A horse barn with 12 stalls. •Covered vehicle maintenance area, including two bays with high ceilings. •Pad space, with utility service, for a 6,800 square foot modular building. •Holding cells. •Fueling station with above-ground fuel tanks. •Facility entrance may not be located within 1,000 feet of schools, homes, places of worship, or daycare facilities. •Facility will operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. •Weekend janitorial service is required, in addition to weekday. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
