Description: This is a market survey for structural upgrade to the cable and steel yard fencing and add privacy screening at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, Oklahoma City for The Federal Aviation Administration. The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting proposals at this time. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor 冱 expense. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses and 8(a) certified firms, capable of providing the repair. This market survey is also being conducted in order to obtain the information necessary to determine whether adequate competition exists to set-aside the competition among small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses or 8(a) certified firms. This is also an announcement for a site visit (date and time shown below) for the Structural Upgrade of the Cable Yard and Steel Yard Fencing and Add Privacy Screening at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center per the attached Statement of Work (SOW), Steel Yard and Cable Yard Drawings and Facility Layout. The Site visit is Thursday, September 12, 2013 at 10:00 am CST (Oklahoma Time). The site visit is at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), located next to Will Rogers Airport in Oklahoma City. For mapping services, you may use 6500 S. MacArthur Blvd., Oklahoma City, OK 73169. You will need to check in at security (West Gate off of Regina), so please allow plenty of time for processing. If you are attending, please respond by email with your company 冱 name, list of persons attending and contact information. Interested firms are required to submit the attached Business Declaration form and a copy of their SBA 8(a) certification letter, if applicable. In order to make this determination the FAA requires the following from interested vendors: 1. Capability Statement - This document should identify: Type of services provided by your firm, Size and type of services provided by previous contracts (elaborate and provide detailed information and past performance), Number of years in business Please respond by reviewing the draft Statement of Work and submitting a filled-out and signed copy of the Declaration form (please submit electronically, email to address below). All responses to this market survey must be received by Friday, September 06, 2013, 3:00 CST (Oklahoma Time).
