Description
AGAR Deviation Form must be completed and attached to quote. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation no. AG-81J8-S-13-0006 is issued for a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. (iv) This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 334516 and the small business size standard is 500 employees or less.
