- FCC13R0007 - Statement of Work RFP Document This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FCC13R0007 is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The NAICS code is 541910 - Marketing Research and Public Opinion Polling. This procurement is unrestricted. The Government intends to award one Firm Fixed Price contract from this solicitation. The base period of performance will be from date of award though 4 months following award, with 4 additional 1 year option periods to be exercised at the government's discretion. This contract shall be awarded to the company that provides the best value to the government as described in the attached solicitation document.
