- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE - The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. Availability of funds (FAR Clause 52.232-18). The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. On or about September 6, 2013, the Maryland Air National Guard base located in Middle River Maryland 21220, intends to issue a solicitation with a requirement to Repair Lightning Protection System in the Munitions area. Work will consist of the repair and certification on multiple points located on 2 facilities. The North American Industrial Classification System code applicable to this notice is 238210. The period of performance will be from September 30, 2013 to October 15, 2013. The Request for Proposal will close on 20 September 2013. These dates are subject to change. This solicitation is set aside for small business. All offerors are required to check this website daily to be notified of any changes to this solicitation. The solicitation, all amendments, and related future information will be distributed solely through this website (www.fedbizopps.gov). Hard copies of this solicitation will not be available. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this website to ensure they have the most up to date information about this acquisition.
