- The proposed contract action is for a commercial item which the NAVSUP FLC Jax intends to solicit as unrestricted. This is a combined solicitation/synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, N68836-13-T-0306 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 336413 and the business size standard is 1000.
