- Description
- The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center pacific awarded a firm fixed price Contract (N66001-13-C-0226) on a sole source basis to ViaSat, Inc., Carlsbad, CA for the purchase of six 96) VNCC licenses to support the control terminal hardware associated with the TR-1828 radios for the Joint UHR Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM) Network Integrated Control System (JMINI CS) program. ViaSat is the only company that produces both the R-1828 radio and the proprietary software that makes the radio operable. A sole source justification and approval is posted.
