This is a Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract. This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns. This acquisition is a Trade-off Acquisition (PPT) with price and past performance deemed equal. The magnitude of this construction requirement will be between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. IMPORTANT DATES: Pre-proposal Site Visit: 13 August 2013, 10:00 a.m. CST. Questions and Answers Due: 9 September 2013, 10:00 Proposals Due: 16 September 2013 @ 9:00 a.m. CST. Site Visit 6 September 2013, @ 8:00 a.m. CST. Return all Base Access paperwork (memo letter and affidavits) NLT Tuesday, 10 September 2013.
