- A site visit will be held on Monday, 9 September 2013, at 1300 EST. Location: 4815 N Hubert Ave Tampa, FL 33614 Park in the parking lot at the corner of N Hubert Ave and W Osborne. We will meet in front of the main building (by the flag pole) and walk over to the AMSA project location. You will have opportunity to walk through the building and site. Pre-registration and PPE is not required for the visit. This requirement is set-aside for 8(a) MATOC contractors. Please refer to the subject solicitation for contractor names.
