- NOTICE: Sources Sought SOLICITATION #: F2FT343228A001 POSTING DATE: 4 September 2013 RESPONSE DATE: 18 September 2013 3:00 p.m. CST NAICS Code: 334310 SB Size Standard: 750 EMP This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis (market survey). This is not a request for quote (RFQ) or a request for proposal (RFP). This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Government will not pay for any cost incurred in responding to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought synopsis shall be voluntary. The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified businesses relative to the NAICS code 334310. The Small Business size standard for this NAICS code is 750 EMP. To make an appropriate acquisition decision for this project were it to be solicited, the Government may use responses to this sources sought synopsis. Large and Small Businesses are invited to answer this market survey and provide their contact information to determine market capabilities. Hurlburt Field, FL, is conducting market research to determine the existence of potential sources to provide Calypso Recording System and components. The potential requirement will consist of the contractor providing: 1. Calypso Recording System - 50/100 Mbps recording/playback, 4x600GB hard drives configured as RAID 5. Advance Maintenance Program for one year for product code F-MB6X-RAC. Product Code: MA1-F-MB6X-RAC 5. Makito X2 SDI Encoder Appliance - H.264 High Profile Dual Channel IP Video Encoder - Dual 3G/HD/SD-SDI pr Composite input; up to 1080p60 HD; 32 kbps to 25 Mbps; 2x 2-channel AES digital and analog audio input.
