Description

Solicitation N66604-13-Q-3010 DD254 attachment - CNO Letter Sole Source Justification GFP Form NUWCDIVNPT has a sole source requiremetn forIntegrated Logistic Support (ILS) technical and engineering services for the TOMAHAWK Program, in accordance with DOD Instruction 5000.2 and NAVSEAINST 5000.39. Per the attached sole source justification, McLaughlin Research Corporation field services personnel are the only mechanical technicians that currently possess the required certifications necessary to perform loading, handling and maintenance operations for the submarine-launched Tomahawk AUR. As such, due to the time required to certify new personnel as stated above and the short term nature of this requirement (four months), a sole source purchase order to MRC is required to ensure that the tasking of the SOW is successfully executed in the required timeframe. Please see the attached solicitation, N66604-13-Q-3010, for full details. Estimated award value is $149,000. Estimated award date is September 20, 2013. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered.
