- Justiification for other than full and open competition This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included within this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; information is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number for this procurement is F2MUNA3151A003 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-69. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541519 with a small business size $25,500,000.00. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible contractors shall provide a quote for the following: THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE ON BOEING TWISTER DATE FRAMEWORK LOCATED AT LACKLAND AFB TO INCLUDE ON-LINE AND PHONE TECHNICAL SUPPORT, BUG FIXES AND NEW RELEASES FOR 3 METACONTROLLER TDF LICENSES (TDF-FMC-LIC) SERCIB 1406 PART NUMBER: SUP-SMC 1 each THIS INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO 24/7 HELP DESK SERVICES TO PROVIDE DAILY ASSISTANCE TO GOVERNMENT PERSONNEL TO MAINTAIN THE SOFTWARE, SOFTWARE RELEASES AND UPDRADE SERVICES/TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO INCLUDE ON SITE TECHNICIAN AS NEEDED. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 OCTOBER 2013 - 30 SEPTEMBER 2014 tHIS IS A BRAND NAME REQUIREMENT IAW fAR 6.302-1-ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLE SOURCE AND NO OTHER SUPPLIES OR SERVICES WILL SATIFY AGENCY REQUIRMENTS. aWARD WILL BE based on the availabilty of funds. THE gOVERNMENT WILL NOT REIMBUSE RESPODENTS FOR ANY COST ASSOCIATED WITH SUBMISSION OF THE INFORMATION BEING REQUESTED OR REIMBURSE EXPENSES INCURRED TO INTERESTED PARTIES FOR RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMNT. quotes must be valid for 60 days Shipping and Delivery: Shipping costs (FOB Destination) shall be included in line items and date of delivery shall be by NLT 30 days ARO. The Government will award a single contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsive responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
