- Bill of Materials for Juniper Netscreen Support This Request for Quote (RFQ), M-13-00031, is for BRAND NAME Juniper Netscreen Firewall Maintenance and Support for US Office of Personnel Management (OPM), located at 1900 E Street, NW, Washington, DC 20415. Solicitation is on a BRAND NAME basis for Juniper Netscreen Firewall Maintenance and SUpport is limited to only AUTHORIZED RESELLERS of Juniper products/services. Brand name acquisition is made pursuant to the authority of FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Application for brand name descriptions is provided for in FAR 6.302-1(c) As required by FAR 5.2, this procurement action will be 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The products to be acquired are Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) items which are readily available from multiple small business sources, both open market and under General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedules (FSS) and Government-wide Acquisition Contracts (GWAC) such as NASA SEWP and the NIH ECS iii. Evaluation will be based on price analysis taking into consideration commercial prices for the same or similar products and utilize available in-house cost estimates to determine price reasonableness. A Firm Fixed Price Purchae Order is contemplated for the proposed contract vehilce. The period of performance for the support will be through Fedebruary 2, 2015 since the start dates vary as the line items have multiple start dates. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF QUOTES: 1 - Vendors must be registered in U.S.Federal Government's System for Award Management (SAM). - Vendors shall submit the following: Business name, CAGE, POC information. - Offerors should provide "remit to" address, if applicable, their DUNS and Tax Identification number (TIN). Vendors shall quote ALL items to be considered for award. - Quotes shall be valid for 60 days. - Quotes shall be emailed to joyce.bland@opm.gov.
