- This is the SOW, Pictures and Bid Schedule The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting bids for the Gage Well Valve Replacement and Diesel Pipeline Installation at the Mount Morris Dam, 6103 Visitors Center Road, Mount Morris, NY. This is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 with a size standard of $14.0. SEE THAT ATTACHED SCOPE OF WORK, BID SHEET AND PICURES. THE SITE VISIT WILL BE SEPTEMBER 11, 2013 @ 10:00 AM AT THE MOUNT MORRIS DAM. Bids for base and options will be evaluated on: 1. Lowest Price 2. Technically acceptable. Bids are Due September 18, 2013 at Noon.
