Description

Justification Statement of Work - Honeywell 2013 The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Honeywell International Inc. 400 Calle C Ste 100, Guaynabo, PR 00968-804, for the maintenance and monitoring of its security system at the IRS Patricio office building, San Juan, Puerto Rico. A request for quote(s) will only be solicited from Honeywell International Inc. The security system is a proprietary system, allowing only certified Honeywell technicians to service and perform repairs to the system on-site. Contractor will be required to respond within four hours of notification. This is for the purpose of requesting the services of a licensed and bonded security contractor to provide a maintenance contract for the security system. The maintenance contract will cover all aspects of the IRS Security system to include: 1. Keycard Access Control System 2. Intrusion Detection System (IDS) 3. Duress Alarm System 4. Closed Circuit Television Systems (CCTV) 5. ID Media Badging System. Period of Performance: September 11, 2013 through August 10, 2014
