- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 13. The US Army Contracting Command, Tenant Contracting Division, 6001 Combat Drive, Aberdeen, MD 21005 has a requirement to procure the following supply item per Part #: 60403-40T; quote mark x 4 quote mark Telfon Sorbent Tube; 200 mg chromosorb 106 40/60. CLIN 0001 - Supply The contractor shall provide the following: Part #: 60403-40T; quote mark x 4 quote mark Telfon Sorbent Tube, 200 mg chromosorb 106 40/60. 3600 each @ $______ = $___________ CLIN 0002 - Shipping Shipment cost. $___________ The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source purchase order to Chemical Agent Monitoring Supply Company (CAMSCO), 6732 Mayard; Houston, TX 77041. CAMSCO, is the sole source to provide this supply item needed because they are the only manufacturer of this tube and they are being custom made by CAMSCO. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334516 and the Business Size Standard is 500. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 8:00 AM Eastern Time, September 10, 2013. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
