Description
(i) This is a modification to a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The original solicitation document W91247-13-T-0459 was issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for portable latrines and hand washing stations for Range 37 which supports the Special Forces Advanced Reconnaissance Target Analysis and Exploitations Techniques Course (SFARTAETC) and the Special Forces Sniper Course (SFSC), Fort Bragg, North Carolina. (iii) This solicitation document W91247-13-T-0459-0001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) to supply questions and answers for Range 37, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. This RFQ only addresses questions and answers; the original solicitation information and CLINs 0001 through 3005 remain the same and can be located on the original combined synopsis/solicitation. (iv) Please reference the below questions and Government answers. Q1: How many gallons of fresh water does the D/2/1 hand wash hold? A1: Gallons of fresh water - 60 Gallons per unit, 6 units on site. Q2: How much grey water does it hold to be removed per pumping? A2: Gallons of Grey water - 60 Gallons per unit, 6 units on site. Q3: How often does it require service? A3: Service twice per week when class is in session (8 months out of the year). Q4: Is it connected to a water buffalo? If so, how many gallons does it hold? A4: Not connected to the water buffalo. No water buffalo will be used. Q5: Does it matter the color of the portable toilets? A5: The color of the Porta johns do not matter.
