This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N4155716RC064CO is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. This acquisition is reserved exclusively for small business participation, IAW FAR 19.502-2. The applicable NAICS code is 334519 and the small business size standard for this NAICS code is 500 employees. CLIN 0001 Multi-Time Zone Wall Clocks (4) Each The 36th Security Forces Squadron at Andersen AFB, Guam requires four (4 each) five (5) bar-type multi-zone wall clocks: o LED Digital Time o Time zones, red LED four digit displays with 2.5-inch digit height o Clocks must be configurable by the end user to display any world time zone o User configurable digital lettering for each time zone o Automatic daylight savings time o Battery backup o 24Hr (military) time display Shipping Destination: DANIEL C. The Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process will be used. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible concern whose quote conforming to the solicitation has the lowest overall evaluated price inclusive of shipping. To be acceptable for award, the quoted product must meet or exceed the characteristics listed in item "VI" above.
