Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Service Area Office Central Region (SAOC) anticipates issuing a solicitation on behalf of Veteran Integrated Service Network (VISN) 10, the Chillicothe VA Medical Center located in Chillicothe, OH for their requirement of an inventory management system in accordance with FAR part 12 and 13. The requirement is for all labor, equipment and materials necessary to install a weight base inventory management system for the tool room, EMS supply room, and primary medical supply room as described in the statement of work. This solicitation shall be issued as full and open competition The NAICS Code is 334290-Size Standard 750 employees. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on the Government Point of Entry on or about September 11th, 2013. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for this requirement using the simplified acquisition procedures. Solicitation documents may be obtained electronically at www.fbo.gov. The prospective offeror is responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
