- Amendment 0001 REVISED Attachment 2- DD254 REVISED H92240-13-Q-9052 This combined synopsis/ solicitation is in response to the sources sought notice H92240-13-01K3-0013. See attached combined synopsis/ solicitation (draft) and attachments. To be considered for this requirement vendors must possess a SECRET (no safeguarding) Facility Clearance Level (FCL), per Attachment 2 - DD254. Interested vendors must provide CAGE code or DUNS to the primary POC via email. This will be used to verify the contractor's Facility Clearance Level (FCL). Upon confirmation of the required FCL, Attachment 1-Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be provided.
