Description

Notice of Intent Leased Space for the U.S. Federal Government Lansing, Michigan Requirement: The Federal Government intends to enter into a lease renewal for a period of 5 years, 4 year firm, for approximately 9,323 BOMA rentable square feet (RSF) of office and related space. The Government presently occupies 9,323 RSF at 6520 Mercantile Way, Lansing MI which expires December 31, 2013 under GSA lease number GS-05B-17028. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease at the existing location. Delineated Area: E: Aurealius Rd. W: Washington Ave. N: Miller Rd. S: Willoughby Rd; Lansing, Michigan Lease Term/Occupancy: Five years by January 1, 2014. Expressions of interest must be received no later than September 25, 2013 and include the following: 1) Building Name and Address, 2) BOMA Office Area Square Feet and BOMA Office Area Rate Per Square Foot. Move costs and tenant improvement costs will be added for cost effective analysis.
