- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 337212, small business size standard, 500 employees. This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Solicitation/Purchase Requisition Number F2K1AA3136A002 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69 effective 3 September 2013. Notice to Offerors: "Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs." The Government intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed Price contract with one (1) contract line item numbers: CLIN 0001 Parachute Packing Tables QTY: 3 -SPECIFICATIONS: - Height = 36 inches. - Width = 36 inches. - Length = 49 feet and 6 inches. (one contiguous surface without interruption) - Oak Table Frame with factory applied sealer on all exposed surfaces. Oak table frame to be protected by clear sealer in accordance with Mil-Std-171E, Finishing of Metal and Wood Surfaces. - Initial Top Layer surface shall be Oak Plywood (nominal thickness 19mm + -.75mm) sealed with a clear finish, 36 inches wide and 49 feet, 6 inches in length. - Table Top shall be Solid Acrylic Resin and shall be smooth, seamless, and free of slivers or burrs. All wood and metal finishing specifications shall conform to Mil-Std-171E, Finishing of Metal and Wood Surfaces - Clevis Locations shall be reinforced underneath with an additional layer of the solid acrylic resin used for the table top. - Recessed Holes for Clevis and Cleat locations shall be installed as directed by the customer, on site during completion of assembly - All Table Legs shall be installed with Locking Casters -Minimum wheel diameter of 88.9mm made of Rubber or polyethylene blend. Color of wheel shall be black or blue In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(a) (2) offerors are notified that award will be made on the basis of lowest price technically acceptable. Offeror will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. When requested, the ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The existence of the ombudsman does not affect the authority of the program manager, contracting officer, or source selection official. Further, the ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals, the source selection process, or the adjudication of protests or formal contract disputes. The ombudsman may refer the party to another official who can resolve the concern. (b) Before consulting with an ombudsman, interested parties must first address their concerns, issues, disagreements, and/or recommendations to the contracting officer for resolution. RERESENTATION BY CORPORATIONS REGARDING AN UNPAID DELINQUENT TAX LIABILTIY OR A FELONY CONVICTION UNDER ANY FEDERAL LAW-DoD APPROPRIATIONS (DEVIATION 2013-O0006) (a) In accordance with section 101(a)(3) of the Continuing Appropriations Resolution, 2013, (Pub.
