- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has awarded a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract under N00421-13-C-0031 to GCH Services, LLC of Glendale, Arizona 85307, for on-going MH-60S Aircraft Maintenance Support Services to the Naval Surface Warfare Center-Panama City Division (NSWC-PCD) in Panama City, Florida. This effort was competed as 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside, small business size standard of $30,000,000 under NAICS 488190, PSC J015. The five (5) year period of performance for this effort is from 30 September 2013 through 29 September 2018, inclusive of one (1) Base Year and four (4) one-year option periods if exercised. The resultant contract will consist of CPFF CLINs for Labor and Ship Board operations, a Labor Hour (LH) CLIN for Overtime Labor, Cost-type CLINs for incidental Travel and Materials, Not Separately Priced (NSP) CLINs for Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and optional CPFF Labor CLINs in the out years. The Government has determined that the successful offeror, GCH Services, LLC, will provide the best value to the Government all factors considered. GCH Services' proposed cost/price have been determined to be fair and reasonable based on adequate price competition. This synopsis is for informational purposes only.
