- Description
- This is official notification that the General Services Administration (GSA), Public Building Services, Contract Services Branch intend to solicit and award a contract for Operations and Mechanical Maintenance Services at the Federal Building, U.S. Post Office, and Courthouse, 801 Broadway, Hannibal, Missouri. The contractor shall furnish all administration, management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment supplies, repair parts, tools (except as otherwise provided); and shall plan schedule, coordinate, inspect and shall be responsible for efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems located within the property lines of the Federal Building, U.S. Post Office, and Courthouse, 801 Broadway, Hannibal, Missouri. The solicitation number is GS06P13GXD0050. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on the Federal Government Electronic Posting System, www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about 09/23/2013. This solicitation will be set-aside exclusively for service disabled veteran owned small businesses (SDVOSB). The NAICS code is 561210, and the size standard is $35.5 million. The FSC code is J041. Proposals will be due thirty (30) days after the solicitation is issued unless the date for receipt of proposals is extended by the Government. Contract award will be for a base year and nine (9) one (1) year options with an anticipated start date of February 1, 2014.
