Description

This procurement is for Radiologic X-ray Services, within 10 miles of CBOC, for the Mason City Community Based Outpatient Clinic. The performance period is from 10-01-2013 to 9-30-2014 with the possibility of 4 additional one-year options. The type of contract expected to be used is an IDIQ contract with the estimated range of $5000 to $15000 per year. The items shall be quoted on in a per procedure format. The NAICS code for this procurement is 621512 with a size standard $13.5 million. Offers are due no later than 3pm CST of Friday September 20th, 2013. Electronic offers will be accepted.
