- The Department of Labor, on behalf of the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management (OASAM) Security Center, Washington, D.C. intends to negotiate and award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to HP Enterprise Services, LLC (HP Enterprise Services), 136000 Eds Drive, Mail Stop A3S B53, Herndon, VA 20171, under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(b)(1) - Items peculiar to one manufacturer. HP Enterprise Services shall provide twelve (12) USAccess Light Credentialing Solution (LCS) Kits, and thirteen (13) LCS Kit Maintenance Agreements. The USAccess LCS Kits shall be delivered to the DOL OASAM Security Center in Washington, DC. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334111 with the Size Standard of 1,000 Employees. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A FORMAL SOLICITATION. THIS NOTICE IS NOT CONSIDERED A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED. No contract will be awarded on the basis of information received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear, compelling, and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the contract will be awarded without further notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information related to the potential availability of other sources that can fulfill this requirement must be received by the Contract Specialist listed below via electronic mail at johnson.james.m@dol.gov no later than 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on September 13, 2013.
