- Attachment B - Pricing Schedule Attachment A - PPQ form Scope of Work Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Document The intent of this scope is twofold. Part one is to take the existing item list within Maximo and match the records with corresponding items in the National Stock Number (NSN) database in an effort to provide consistent item descriptions, identify duplicates, and eliminate item records that do not contain adequate information for identification. Part two is to develop a standardized description guidance that will be utilized by NAVFAC Maximo users for the creation of future inventory items that need to be added to the Item Master List.
