- TITLE: Purchase of Hanel Lean Lift 2460/825 Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Hood, TX intends to award a firm fixed price sole source purchase order to ESS Group LLC. 2006 Longwood Drive, Brenham, TX 77883 an Small Business, for the purchase of Hanel Lean Lift 2460/.825 for future Logistical Support in support of an Directorate of Logistics Supply Branch unit located at Fort Hood, TX The Government intends to enter into a firm fixed price requirements with ESS Group LLC. This acquisition is conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) Soliciting from a Single Source. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available due to proprietary ownership of requested items and no other sources will be able to accurately satisfy agency requirements. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 423830 - Industrial Machinery and Equipment Merchant Wholesalers with a size standard of 100 employees.
