- Provisions/Clauses The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the following: Item 0001: APR-FPE-60-32R Crye Precision range pants, ranger green, qty 55 Item 0002: Boonie hat, H2O, adjustable, ranger green, qty 55 Item 0003: ARC-10365-CRO-L Arc'teryx LEAF Bravo jacket, crocodile, qty 55 Item 0004: ARC-3162-CRO-L Arc'teryx LEAF Alpha pant, crocodile, qty 55 Item 0005: ARC-3161-CRO-L Arc'teryx LEAF Alpha jacket crocodile, qty 55 Item 0006: A2L-HA-Wh SureFire Lens cover, blue. for 1.25" bezel SureFire lights, qty 55 Item 0007: SureFire EP4 Sonic Defenders, filtered flanged earplus. 25 pair/bx, qty 4 bx Shipping to zip code 22152 shall be included in the quote. Quote shall be on an all or none basis. The attached provisions/clauses are applicable to this requirement. DEA intends to issue a single, firm fixed price purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 13. All interested sources shall submit a quotation to claire.r.whitley@usdoj.gov which will be evaluated. Evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The deadline for quotes is September 12, 2013 at 11:00am EST. Any questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted electronically to claire.r.whitley@usdoj.gov no later than September 9, 2013 at 11:00am EST. All Q&As will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation.
