- THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT IS ADDED: This requirement will be solicited as unrestricted, using the procurdes of competition In Accordance With 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). 1. This amendment adds the end item to the "TITLE" block, and 2. Adds the below reverse auction guidance to this synopsis is as follows: The Reverse Auction provision will be included in the solicitation. In the event that a Reverse Auction takes place, it will occur on the Procurex website, which can be accessed at: http://dla.procurexinc.com <http://dla.procurexinc.com>. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. 3. The following paragraph is removed: IAW alternate offers provision 52.217-9002, manufactures that are interested can submit a source approval packet to DLA Aviation, 8000 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Richmond Virginia 23297 for consideration. 4. Alternate offers are not considered for source control items. PR Request IQC 1000012307, NSN: 5342-00-490-2118, Retainer, Front, Self-Locking. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a guaranteed quantity of 855 each with an Estimated Annual Demand of 2007. This item is IAW Barry Wright Corporation, CAGE 13636, P/N SLR-AB. Solicitation is Unrestricted, Source control Item, Configuration control. Requirement is for FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Destination. Required delivery is 36 days ARO. Item is coded a Critical Item,. Item is not a Critical Safety Item and it is not commercial. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB) <https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ " from the menu under the tab "Solicitations."
