Description

This acquisition is for Courier Services such as pickup, transport, and delivery of lab specimens as well as pharmacy items. The area of coverage is to be the VISN10 Area of the Veteran's Administration. Details are posted inside the solicitation. This is Commercial Acquisition being evaluated as LPTA (Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable). All questions are to be submitted by no later than COB on 9 September, 2013. Any questions after the above date may not be answered or considered, this shall be at the Contracting Specialists discretion. Late quotes shall not be considered. Prefer all quotes to be sent electronically if possible. Please note that the effective date for this service may change from 10/1/2013 to 9/26/2013 depending on the requiring activity.
