- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THIS REQUEST IS FOR PLANNING PURPOSES, AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AN INVITATION FOR BIDS, REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, QUOTES OR AN INDICATION THAT THE GOVERNMENT WILL CONTRACT FOR THE ITEMS CONTAINED IN THIS NOTICE. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT REIMBURSE RESPONDENTS FOR ANY COST ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUBMISSSION OF THE INFORMATION BEING REQUESTED OR REIMBURSE EXPENSES INCURRED TO THE INTERESTED PARTIES FOR REPONSES. This Request for Information (RFI) by the Army seeks industry feedback on Electronic Warfare capabilities and approaches to meet future strategic and protected EW needs. More specifically, information is sought on existing technical capabilities for Engineering, Technical and Program Management support to the Government for Electronic Warfare (EW) systems, Force Protection systems, and Automated Test Equipment (ATE). Engineering and Technical requirements include, but are not limited to: Research and Development, Cyber/Electronic Warfare, Technology Insertion/Systems Integration, Engineering and Technical Documentation Support, Software/Hardware Engineering, Test and Evaluation, Quality Engineering, Countermeasure analysis, Counter Radio Electronic Warfare (CREW) Systems Training, and Counter Improvised Explosive Devises (C-IED) System Support Training. Program Management requirements include but are not limited to Financial Management, System Administration, Metrics and Risk Management.
