This is a request for quote (RFQ) No. AG-02NV-P-13-0085; proposal due date is August 19, 2013. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 69, effective as of August 1, 2013. Attached, you will find a Statement of Work for three (3) Horse Trailers for Bridger - Teton National Forest. Quotes are due No later than 3:00 pm MST, August 19, 2013 please provide a price and any additional product literature. The selection process will consist of a Best Value source selection based on price, vendor's ability to meet trailer specifications, closest warranty repair facility and delivery time. Under a Best Value source selection, non-price evaluation factors, when combined are equally to price. However, the Contracting Officer will not select an offeror for award on the basis of a superior capability without consideration of the amount of the price. All proposals shall include the following information: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The Government will consider price, vendor's ability to meet trailer specifications, closest warranty repair facility and delivery time. Quoter shall supply any other material that will provide the Government with product information to evaluate their quote. The Government will consider all quotes received until the time of contract award. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 336212, 336214. In order to be considered a small business under this NAICS code, your average annual employment shall not exceed 500.
