Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The commercial items procedures of FAR Part 12.603(c)(2) will be used. NAICS code is 339112, size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside. Only qualified Small Business offerors can participate in this procurement. Award will be made to the responsive/responsible offeror who provides the technically acceptable Brand Name or Equal products at the lowest price. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-69. Only emailed requests received directly from the requester are acceptable. Email quotes to jonathan.ursino@va.gov no later than the required due date, Wednesday, September11, 2013 on or before 3:00 PM Pacific Time.
