This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 15,000 EACH, CAPS, BLASTING, ELECTRIC DETONATION METHOD, CONSISTS OF A INITIATING CHARGE AND A BASE CHARGE WITH TWO SOLID CORE INSULTED ELECTRIC LEAD WIRES. 12 FOOT INSTANT ELECTRIC BLAST DETONATORS. COMMERICAL QUALITY. MAXAM RIODET, TYPE I OR EQUAL. *****The unit price offered includes the cost of the blasting caps and any applicable freight charges. Unit price is the burdened price. No separate freight charges will be allowed or paid.*****
