Description

The response date of this notification is being extended to Sep 11, 2013 at 12:00 Noon. The initial period of Performance will be Sep 26, 2013 to Sep 25, 2014. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Army Contracting Command-New Jersey Ft. Dix contracting office has a requirement to provide an extended Warranty for a Benning model HD1200 DC Power System at Ft. Hamilton, NY. The system is comprised of 24 rectifier shelves model HD3000 Hot Plug version (7 slots filled/17 empty), 7 foot cabinet. Inverters are not in the cabinet, but next to it on rack. All interested parties should submit their quote on the attached form to robert.i.knight.civ@mail.mil. This award is scheduled to be issued as Firm Fixed Price type contract with a base plus two option periods, each consisting of one year in duration. Award will be made to the lowest priced offoror. All questions and quotes should be submitted in writing to robert.i.knight.civ@mail.mil
