- solicitation Contracting Office Address: Defense Logistics Agency, Logistics Operations, DLA Aviation - Richmond, 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, VA 23297-5000 Description: This solicitation will contain Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO). The solicitation will consist of one base year and four option years: Destination inspection required Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. The NSN is as follows 5995-01-464-1841, 146 day's delivery. FOB Destination. The sources of supply for this NSN are: GENERAL DYNAMICS C4 SYSTEMS, INC. (67032) P/N 09-2781622-1; L-3 COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION (08YX1) P/N 56063-1 and RAYTHEON COMPANY (37695) P/N 423130-802. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are not available at DLA Aviation. The solicitation and award will be made under FAR 13.5 procedures. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Annual updates to your registration will be required. The solicitation is combined with this synopsis and will close 10 days from posting date of this combined synopsis/solicitation.
