- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a non-competitive action in accordance with Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996. Additionally, the acquisition is being procured in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220 and the small business size standard is 750 people. The proposed contract action is for a brand name only. The U.S. Army Contracting Command (CCAM-RDT) has a requirement for the following: Qty Manufacturer Nomenclature P/N 20 Flightcell DZM2 Multi-link DZP_02100 Communication Hub 20 Flightcell Iridium MK3 Military CRP_03002 Phone Mount The above is required to provide the satellite-based cell phone communication link for the C2/15E requirement. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(6), the required justification or documentation is attached as Attachment I. FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal, applies to this acquisition. Award shall be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is determined to be lowest price and technically acceptable. Inspection/Acceptance and FOB Point are destination, AATD, Fort Eustis, VA. The Government requires that all contractors doing business with this agency must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following web site: www.sam.gov. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition without addenda. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial items, Alternate I with its offer. The Offeror (US Distributor) should provide quote data that includes: a) Cost of requested 20 DZM2 Multi-link Communications Hub (Military) and Phone Mounts, b) Total shipping charges to reach AATD, Ft Eustis, and c) Estimated delivery timeline ARO to reach AATD, Ft Eustis.
