Description

The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS), National Wildlife Research Center (NWRC) intends to issue a sole source award using commercial and simplified acquisition procedures for one AquaLab 4TE DUO Dew Point Moisture Analyzer with Temperature Control and one AquaLab VSA (Vapor Sorption Analyzer) to be used to determine both water activity and moisture content on samples to permit the quality assurance of the components and final formulations critical for support of current and future needs of the NWRC. The award will be made to Decagon Devices, Inc. located in Pullman, WA. This will be a one-time FFP (Firm-Fixed Price) contract. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Numbered Note 22 applies.
