- The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs (ICE) Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) Dallas, TX 75247, intends to award a contract on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106 to the Township of Middletown. This procurement is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures. The Township of Middletown, 1 Kings Hwy, Middletown, NJ 07746-2594 is the only known source capable of meeting the Governments need to lease an outdoor range facility. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 13.106. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. No solicitation document is available and telephone, fax, or e-mail requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
