- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services. W91249-13-R-0014 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Proposals are due 16 September 2013, 4:00 pm EST. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted by NLT 30 August 2013, 3:00 pm. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58. This acquisition is set aside for Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Business, under NAICS code 541513, Size standard $25.5 MIL. The requirements in this solicitation, Classroom XXI System Administrator, as specified in solicitation W91249-13-R-0014 shall comply with all clauses throughout this solicitation and can be viewed by accessing website: http://farsite.hill.af.mil.
