- This serves as a notice that an anticipated solicitation for GPS Tracking System Purchase and Maintenance will be posted to Army Single Face to Industry's (ASFI) web page at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ and www.fbo.gov. The solicitation number/keyword is W911S213T3031. The successful Contractor shall provide all resources, except Government Furnished Property (GFP), necessary to provide all resources necessary for the purchase and installation of 100 GPS units inside vehicles on Fort Drum, NY. The service shall include maintenance and installation by the Contractor and emergency visits at no additional cost to the Government. Work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement (to be provided with the solicitation), and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The contract type shall be quote mark Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order quote mark. This procurement is one hundred percent set-aside for Small Business concerns. As prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004, interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) under the NAICS 811219. Representations and certifications must also be on record. These registrations can be done through the System for Award Management (SAM) for free at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. After the solicitation is posted questions shall be submitted in writing via email to; rosalind.m.shoemaker.civ@mail.mil, or delivered, mailed to, Mission & Installation Contracting Command, 45 West Street, Fort Drum, NY 13602-5220.
