- This document list specific items contain in CLIN 0001: Specific Tools. 325th Contracting Squadron/LGCA 501 Illinois Avenue, Suite 5 Tyndall AFB, FL 32403-5526 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Flight Tools This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals/quotes that are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation reference number is F4A2013221A001 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-69. This acquisition will be 100% total SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332216. The business size standard is 500 employees. CLIN Description: 0001: Specific Tools (1 Each) - Please see attached 0002: Tool Box / Snap On Industrial PN KRL1032EPCM or equal (1 Each) 0003: Tool Box / Snap On Industrial PN KRS1056CPCM or equal (4 Each) 0004: Blank Foam / Snap On Industrial PN VFI21396 or equal (4 Each) 0005: Blank Foam / Snap On Industrial PN VFI21397 or equal (1 Each) Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. All quotes need to include FOB destination with items being shipped to Tyndall AFB, FL 32403. In accordance with FAR 52.212-2, the Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factor(s) considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1. Technical acceptability 2. Price Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any cost. Award will be made to the responsible quote offering the lowest overall price meeting the technical requirements of this combined synopsis/solicitation.
