- ***THIS SOLICITATION IS HEREBY CANCELED*** The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Norfolk VA, intends to award a regional contract in accordance with FAR Part 15, to obtain non-personal Husbanding Services for the region of West Coast Continental United States (WCONUS). The solicitation will be set-aside %100 for small businesses and will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) with the following solicitation number: N00189-13-R-0031 The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for these requirements is 488310 with a Size Standard of $35.5 Million. The corresponding Federal Supply Code (FSC) is R706. The solicitation shall be issued on or around 24 May 2013. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitations and subsequent amendments to the solicitations will only be available by downloading the documents at http://www.neco.navy.mil and http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This office no longer issues hardcopy solicitations. By submitting a proposal the offeror will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the proposal. By submission of a proposal, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that prospective awardees must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Offerors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the internet at https://www.sam.gov/.
