- Exception to NAICS added to market survey. Please use this for submitting. This is a sources sought for Federal Stock Classes (FSC) 4210, 4730 and 4820 for water handling items used primarily by the U.S. Forest Service. First article samples will be required and delivery will be to our depots at Burlington, NJ (N3) and French Camp, CA (S1). Inspection will be at source and delivery if FOB Destination. The Forest Service Specifications referenced in the Item Purchase Description's (IPDs) can be found at http://www.fs.fed.us/t-d/programs/fire/spec.htm. The IPDs can be found on pages 7-32. Please complete and return by COB on 9/13/2013 at 4:30 PM CST. For questions please email beverly.anderson@gsa.gov. The market survey states that the NAICS for all NSNs is 332919 but it should state that the NAICS for NSN 4730-00-595-1103 is 331523 (brass) and for NSN 4820-00-126-5114 the NAICS is 332912.
