Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Acquisition Operations has a requirement for General Electric (GE) uninterruptable power supply (UPS) and battery maintenance and repair services in accordance with the attached Request for Quote. The VA plans to award a firm fixed price/labor hour contract. Response Submission Deadline Responses to this RFQ shall be submitted electronically by the date and time indicated in the request for quote via email to Kelly.Lynch2@va.gov, Subject: Department of Veterans Affairs GE UPS and Battery Maintenance and Repair Services, RFQ VA101-13-Q-0227, (maximum file size allowed 4 megabits) by the deadline specified in the Standard Form 1449 in the files set forth below. Inquiries regarding this RFQ may be directed via electronic mail to: Kelly.Lynch2@va.gov with Subject: Department of Veterans Affairs GE UPS and Battery Maintenance and Repair Services, "RFQ Inquiry" in the subject line. Inquiries must be received 1200 DST on September 9, 2013. Responses to inquiries received will be available to vendors via email before 1600 DST on September 10, 2013. The VA is requesting all vendors receiving this e-mail to provide a confirmation receipt and a response e-mail acknowledging their intent to provide a quote to this solicitation.
